Adam’s personal service makes a big difference to both response time and how well the job gets done. When we use bigger companies, we’re going through an admin team and have to wait for a plumber to call us back, whereas when we call Adam he or one of his team are out to us straight away.
Bigger companies also tend to send a different plumber each time, who might not have knowledge of the facility. With Adam, we know we’re speaking to someone who knows the facility well and can quickly work out how to solve the problem.
Adam and his team also create good relationships with our tenants. They usually have our tenants’ contact details and will call ahead to let them know they will be coming, and keep them informed on the results of the job.
Their detailed job reports save our team time on record-keeping and relaying information onto tenants and landlords.
